Purchases and Services will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “GWAP FINANCIAL or OPULENT BUREAU CONNECT.” Participant agrees not to file a chargeback with regard to any purchase or service rendered UNLESS Course Provider has materially breached this Agreement, engaged in fraud, or made a clerical error in charging Participant’s account.

For purposes of this Agreement, a clerical error occurs as a result of a duplicate bill, an incorrect amount billed, or when a promised refund was not issued. In the event that Participant breach this provision and file a chargeback for a reason beyond the justifications listed herein this paragraph, Participant agrees to reimburse Course Provider for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback(s), including without limitation, Course Provider’s actual costs paid to the credit card processor or Course Provider’s bank(s), other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time Course Provider’s employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in Course Provider discretion in good faith.

*Digital Signatures: In 2000, the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act established electronic records and signatures as legally binding, having the same legal effects as traditional paper documents and handwritten signatures.

The Course and any of its accompanying Materials may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that the Course or Materials are being shared and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Course, in our sole and exclusive discretion.

We do not offer any promises or guarantees with regards to our Course or Course Materials. You hereby acknowledge and agree:

1. You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that you make with regards to this Course, the Materials contained within it, or any significant changes to your business or life,

2. You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own mental health, physical health, business decisions, and any other actions or inaction you choose to take,

3. Course Provider is not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to your participation in the Course,

4. You agree not to sell, redistribute, license, or distribute any material or information you receive through your participation in this course unless you were explicitly given such rights in writing.

You agree that the Materials, the Course, the Website, and any other Services provided by the Course Provider are the property of the Course Provider, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (Course Provider IP). You agree that the Course Provider owns all right, title and interest in and to the Course Provider IP and that you will not use the Course Provider IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce or distribute the Course Provider IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from the Course Provider.
